Automatic credit return on failed jobs

If an AI SVG generation fails, times out, or cannot produce valid sanitized SVG markup, the 1 credit used is returned to your account balance automatically. If you ever notice a stuck or unrefunded failure, email support@gptsvg.com with the generation ID.

14-day refund for unused credit packs

You may request a full monetary refund of a one-time credit pack within 14 days of purchase provided none of the credits from that pack have been spent. Email support@gptsvg.com with your order ID from Billing.

Corrupted output

If a completed AI generation produces a malformed or blank SVG file, email support@gptsvg.com with the generation ID within 7 days and we will restore the credit after inspection.

Refund processing

Approved monetary refunds are issued through our merchant-of-record payment processor back to your original payment method, and the corresponding credits are deducted from your balance.
