Independent studio & non-affiliation

GPTSVG Studio (gptsvg.com) is an independent vector graphics workbench powered by the OpenAI API (openai/gpt-image-2.6-flare). GPTSVG Studio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI, Figma, or React. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Operator and contact

For support, billing, refund, or takedown requests, email support@gptsvg.com with your order ID or generation ID.

How generation & vectorization work

Text-to-SVG jobs use openai/gpt-image-2.6-flare in native SVG mode (1 credit per generation). Standard Image-to-SVG conversion on /image-to-svg runs locally in your browser for 0 credits, while AI Vector Redraw (1 credit) simplifies an uploaded image via AI and vectorizes the result into <svg>. Processing time varies with model complexity and queue load (typically 40–150 seconds for AI jobs).

If an AI job fails or times out, its credit is automatically returned to your balance once per job. Cloud SVGs are kept for 30 days after generation and reference uploads are deleted automatically 7 days after upload; download copies you wish to keep long term.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit prompts or images to generate or share:

1. Sexually explicit, non-consensual intimate, or NSFW material.

2. Child sexual exploitation or abuse material.

3. Hate symbols, extremist propaganda, or harassment.

4. Counterfeit brand logos, trademark-infringing marks, or deceptive phishing emblems.

5. Automated scraping, multi-account credit farming, or attempts to bypass Turnstile or rate limits.

Commercial use & intellectual property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use the SVG assets you generate for personal and commercial projects (websites, apps, print, merchandise). Because generative AI can produce motifs similar to existing designs, we do not guarantee trademark exclusivity—you are responsible for clearing trademarks before registering a logo.

Credits, free bonus & payments

Eligible verified new accounts receive a one-time welcome bonus of 3 credits (subject to Turnstile verification, non-disposable email checks, and per-IP anti-abuse limits). Purchased one-time credit packs have no cash value and do not expire while the service operates. Payments are processed by Waffo (or our active checkout provider) as merchant of record.

Moderation & takedowns

Use the Report content form in the footer to report copyright, trademark, or policy violations. Qualifying content is removed within 48 hours, and repeat violators may have their accounts terminated.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
